I would like to say a few words from my experience working with Alex and LuxeHome Construction. We got a few estimates and compered them when we decided to take on some major work at our home in Folsom. LuxeHome wasn’t the cheapest, but the prices were pretty acceptable in line with one highly rated. First of all we had also seen their work at our neighbor’s house, and that was a big reason we decided to go with Alex and his team on this project. Once the work started, we found more dry rot than expected behind some of the old siding, including areas that had affected the wall structure. What started as one plan turned into quite a bit more work, but Alex kept us updated along the way. We signed with them to do our windows, siding and roofing but then after dry rot repairs they ended up also doing inside work including drywall, flooring, and painting. I would say their professionalism, cleanliness, organized scheduling and communications was outstanding. We’re really happy with how everything turned out. We still have two bathrooms and the kitchen we want to renovate. When the budget is ready, we’ll definitely be talking to Alex and the LuxeHome Construction team again. Highly recommend them for your remodeling.Posted on Google
Phill Whrites22 days agoTwo months ago we moved in to a house in Roseville, Ca and needed to update bathroom for our 1st floor hallway area. Meet many contractors. Of course received many different ideas and recommendations but decided to go with LuxeHome Construction for remodeling. Never regretted. Alex and his team did absolutely amazing job. Communication throughout the process, and whole renovation process was supper fun and professionally completed. What stud out the most is their team is cleanness. Update: On Friday this week they finished half bathroom for our rental property in El Dorado Hills, California. It was surprise for us when we were put in line for installation for the next month after we sign all paperwork. Alex said: -"you are LuxeHome family now and have privilege." I thought that was really nice of them to offer. We were happy to see the final results and definitely recommend LuxeHome Construction to everyone. Great team. Top quality.Posted on Google
Luigi Vo24 days agoAlex and his team did a wonderful job! Started by sectioning off the bathroom to keep everything clean and tidy. We were provided updates every step of the way and communication is top notch. We were also very impressed by the attention to detail on the tile work and there were small details we requested that were all met. They even did a tripe check to apply touch ups on multiple areas and cleaned up when they were done. 5 stars.Posted on Google
Jonathan63 days agoHappy to share my experience working with LuxeHome Construction. Long story short we were looking for a contractor to build house for us in Auburn, CA. We almost gave up on it because prices went up on everything and contractors were just charging arm and leg to accommodate it.. We had privilege to meet Alex. 12 months past and we can move in to our home tomorrow. Great team, it was so easy to work through the whole process. Craftsmanship is outstanding. Results are amazing. Highly recommend this guys.+0Posted on Google
David Walters66 days agoBathroom remodel beautifully done. Very professional crew. We had previously hired them to do our master bath remodel and hired them again for guest bathroom remodel. At the same time they did a partial remodel of our living room. We will hire them spring or summer to do our kitchen. Highly recommend 👌Posted on Google
edith jin67 days agoI made a smart choice to hire Luxehome Construction to remodel my downstairs bathroom. The project involved taking down old shower, the toilet and vanity cabinet and installed a new curbless shower room, a wall-mounted toilet and a pedestal sink for ADA compliance. It was completed on July 28, 2026. Alex, the owner of the company did a good job in designing and supervising the remodel. He and his highly skilled crew turned my small bathroom into a beautiful, spacious and functional place. My husband and I really enjoyed it! Also I appreciated that Alex included Painting in his contract. I received another estimate from a reputable company and I was disappointed to find that I needed to hire a painter after the remodel was finished. If I need to do another remodel project next year, I will definitely hire Luxehome again. Edith JinPosted on Google

Mikhail Skiba97 days agoWe hired LuxeHome Construction to help us with ADU planning and Construction process in Rancho Cordova, CA. When they said it will take 4-6 months we were skeptical about it. Today we received our new ADU key and ready to move in. Only 5 months. Seriously blown away how much they organized and professional. Really happy how everything turned out, and highly recommend LuxeHome Construction to others.

Home Renovation for Homes in Penn Valley
Penn Valley homes reflect a mix of older construction and newer development, with many properties still built around layouts and systems that no longer match how homeowners live today. Because of that, renovation projects often begin with addressing outdated floor plans, aging materials, and infrastructure that has not been updated in decades. Common challenges include segmented living spaces, limited storage, inefficient circulation, and mechanical systems that need improvement to support modern use.
Across Penn Valley, home renovation projects typically involve a combination of interior updates, layout reconfigurations, and system upgrades that improve how the entire home functions. In practice, planning needs to account for structural conditions, electrical capacity, plumbing locations, and how changes in one area affect adjacent spaces. Our team focuses on coordinating each phase carefully, sequencing the work in a logical order, and keeping modifications aligned with the home’s existing structure whenever possible. For Penn Valley homeowners, the goal is a home that works better as a whole without unnecessary disruption. Learn more about our approach on our >home renovation services page.
